Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping addresses. D Filters is unable to make changes to your shipping address once the package has been shipped. And D Filters is not responsible for the lost of packages due to incomplete or wrong addresses.

Your package will be shipped on business days because the warehouse is closed on weekends. Besides, please allow us one business day to process your package before shipment.

The followings are the questions that you may want to know:

- Where do you ship to?

We only ship to the United States currently (except American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and U.S. Virgin Islands).

- What is the shipping cost?

All orders are free for standard shipment (Except for the return or exchange caused by the customer). 

- What about the carriers?

We work with 4 carriers to make sure your order will arrive on time: United Parcel Service (UPS), Amazon Logistics, United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.
Note: We don't accept requests to specify a certain carrier to deliver the package.

- What is the taxes?

And our customers will not be charged customs and shipping taxes on their orders.

- Which carrier do you cooperate?

We cooperate with several common carriers, such as USPS and UPS.

- How long will I receive my items?

Shipping times may vary based on your shipping distance. Typically, we process your order within 1-2 business days after a successful order placement. Afterward, we will ship the order to the postal service and update the tracking number (excluding weekends).

The estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days after successful shipment to the postal service.

- Where do you ship?

We ship from our warehouse located in California, USA.

- How can I get the tracking information?

You will receive an email once the order has been dispatched. There is a tracking number. You can use that to check on the carrier website. Or you can also contact our customer service to help you.

- What if my order is delayed?

If the logistics tracking number has not been updated for more than 3 days, please contact us promptly. We will get in touch with the logistics carrier.

Note:

Please contact us ASAP if you encounter the following situations.

- A non-delivered situation.

- Logistics status is abnormal or not updating.

- The tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it. 

The delivery carrier may encounter a heightened period so a delivery delay occurs. Please allow us to check with them first.

Besides, D Filters is not responsible for stolen, lost or misplaced packages which have been delivered by carrier. But we are willing and happy to assist you to find the best solution to get the product.
