4. Order not delivered due to logistics issues.
You don’t need to pay the return shipping fees for the above situations.

How to Request a Returns or Exchanges
1. Contact our after-sales service first.
2. Describe the problem in detail and send clear pictures or videos to us.
3. Get our return authorization and return the products according to our instructions. About the returned address, we will tell you in the instructions.
4. Based on the circumstances of the order, if it is our responsibility (wrong item shipped/missing item/guidance error), we will cover the shipping cost. If it is the customer's responsibility, then the customer will need to bear the shipping cost themselves.

3. Intact Packaging: If the customer receives the product with intact packaging and there is no actual issue with the product itself, we will not cover the return shipping fees.

Missing Items
We are not responsible for the stolen, lost or misplaced issues after the packages have been delivered successfully to your address.
If the missing problem is caused by us, we will resend the products to you freely. Please contact us as soon as you encounter this problem.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
